Rapid has determined the future of Albion Rrahmani (23 years old), the player with the highest chances of being sold during the transfer period.
Clubs such as Benfica, Napoli, Werder Bremen, Slavia Prague, or Rangers have been „linked” to Rrahmani, considering the excellent performance that the Kosovar forward has shown in Rapid’s jersey, but the latest offer received in his name is not to the liking of the management.
Viorel Moldovan, the new president of Rapid, revealed that Rapid has recently received an offer for Rrahmani's transfer, but it does not meet the club's financial expectations. Furthermore, he specified that Rapid wishes for Rrahmani to stay with the team in the upcoming season.
"At the moment, there is an offer for Rrahmani that, from our point of view, is not at his level and value. I cannot disclose the source of the offer, but we want Rrahmani to stay with us. He is under contract with the club, a very important player for us, and we hope he will help us achieve our goals," stated Viorel Moldovan, according to Prima Sport.
Albion Rrahmani had an excellent season at Rapid: 17 goals and five assists in 26 matches played.
He is valued at 3.5 million euros by Transfermarkt.
