The press in Scotland is alert to the situation Ianis Hagi is in at Rangers.
Journalists from Rangers News have published figures showing that Ianis is more effective than all players who play in the same position as him.
In these circumstances, they believe that losing Ianis Hagi would be a painful blow for Rangers.
„With eight goal contributions in 15 league matches – three goals and five assists – Hagi has been a key figure for Philippe Clement since resolving the contractual issue that seemed to definitively end his time in Glasgow. Alternating between the number 10 position and the left flank, the forward with 44 national team caps masks his lack of electrifying speed with the ability to move into the center of the field.
This versatility also allows him to create chances with both feet, as highlighted by his use of both in set-piece situations. Hagi’s contract expires this summer, and losing such a key figure without getting anything in return would be a painful blow both on the field and in the financial balance,” Rangers News wrote.
Ianis Hagi’s contract runs until the end of the season and he wants to move to Italy.
