Vlad Țepeș Command, the leadership structure of the Opus Nostrus organization, investigated by DIICOT in the treason case, planned to change the name of the country from Romania to Gethia and to recover the „stolen” historical territories from Ukraine. Political parties were to be replaced by a system based on „divine truth.” The conspirators also thought about the administration of the country and included in the „governing program” nine ministries, led by the Ministry of Justice.
The criminal group preparing a coup d’état in Romania was formed under the guise of an organization and developed as a military-type structure, with leadership levels (staff) and execution personnel, represented by the image of the suspect under investigation, retired major general, according to DIICOT.

Vlad Țepeș Command, the governing body of the Opus Nostrus group, had three clear objectives, presented on the organization's website:
- recovery of the historical territories "violently taken" by Ukraine or "through the treason of foreigners in the leadership of the so-called Romanian puppet-state";
- resuming economic and cultural relations with Russia, China, and Iran;
- proclaiming Romania's neutrality.
The organization's plan included changing the country's name to Gethia, "abolishing all political parties (meaning the Soros system against Soros) and implementing a VERITOCRAT system, based on divine truth, the Law of ONE, without any of the politicians of the last 35 years."
The Government of Gethia and the Nine Ministries
Vlad Țepeș Command had established a structure of the new Government that was to replace political parties.
Gethia was to have nine ministries, led by the Ministry of Justice. This was supposed to include "Accusation" and "Justice," likely representing the Prosecutor's Office and the courts.
The Ministry of Man, guided by the principles of patriotism - nationalism - sovereigntism, included education, health, labor, tourism, and culture - with the mention "without pornography."

Principles of Gethia's Leadership
The group members also established the moral principles on which the new state was to operate. Starting from the most important, "truth," whatever it may be, and ending with the last, "respect among people," these principles represented the moral basis of society:

- Coexistence, not just living

Council of the Wise, leadership pyramid
Vlad Țepeș Command also designed the Council of the Wise, a pyramidal leadership structure. At the highest level, it included 13 members and a delegate in charge of "the external affairs of Gethia."

- "Kingdom of Germany" - self-proclaimed state, with a king and its own currency, denying the existence of Germany
At the lower echelon, there was a Council of the Elders, which was to include 130 elders. "Each wise person transmits information to 10 elders, and in turn, receives information from the 10 elders in the territory," the group established, without specifying who the Council members were and how they would be designated.
Beneath this level, there were Local Committees of the Ancients, consisting of 1,300 "elders." "Each elder transmits information to 10 ancients, and in turn, receives information from the 10 ancients in the territory," the vaguely mentioned structure that was likely to replace prefectures, county, and local councils.
The group members decided that the total number of Council of the Wise members would be 1,444 people, no more, no less.
It is worth noting that six people were detained by DIICOT on Wednesday for treason.
One of the suspects is retired General Radu Theodoru, 101 years old, known for his anti-Western and anti-Semitic positions.
The organization investigated by DIICOT is called Opus Nostrum, whose leadership body is Vlad Ţepeș Command.
The organized crime group was formed under the guise of an organization and developed as a military-type structure, with leadership levels (staff) and execution personnel, as stated in a DIICOT press release.
The group members constituted an organized criminal group with the purpose of undermining the sovereignty and independence of the Romanian state through political subversion and weakening the country's defense capabilities. They conducted continuous, conscious, public, or covert actions to achieve the proposed goal. Additionally, they repeatedly made contact with agents of a foreign power, both on Romanian and Russian territory, according to DIICOT.
