Andrei Rațiu (27 years old) has received a new concrete transfer offer, in another top league.
The press in Spain has learned that Wolfsburg, from the Bundesliga, has made a concrete offer for the transfer of the right-back.
According to journalist Matteo Moretto, Wolfsburg has put on the table "10-12 million euros" for Rațiu's transfer from Rayo Vallecano and awaits the response from the Madrid club.
Rațiu has a release clause of 25 million euros in his contract with Rayo Vallecano.
He is under contract with the team from the Spanish capital until 2028.
