Even with these very good performances, the young midfielder could eventually leave the Scottish team this summer after his coach announced that he will be out of contract.
"Ianis will be out of contract at the end of this season, so there will be negotiations to see if it is possible for him to stay or not. I have no idea what figures Ianis or the club have in mind. In the last match played by Rangers, a 3-0 win against Aberdeen, Hagi started and played 80 minutes for the Ibrox team. Rangers will play the next match against Fraserburgh in the Scottish Cup, scheduled for Sunday, January 19, at 16:15.
