Radu Drăgușin (22 years old), one of Romania’s best football players at EURO 2024, has announced the team he will play for next season.
Wanted by Napoli, once again, six months after his transfer to Tottenham in the Premier League, Radu Drăgușin has no intention of changing teams.
The central defender announced that he will report for the start of preparations for the new season with Tottenham on July 27, where he intends to fight for a starting position.
"Around the 27th, I return to the club team. I have three weeks of vacation." (Editor's note - Which team?) Tottenham," said Radu Drăgușin, on Digi Sport.
Additionally, Radu Drăgușin stated that his dream has always been to play in the Premier League.
"It's the place where I wanted to play, to develop. I've learned firsthand that it's the strongest championship in the world, where you have to constantly evolve. If not, you fall behind and eliminate yourself.
That's what I hope for (Editor's note: to play more), that's why I train. That's why I want to give more, to show that I can play at this level. Ultimately, the decision is up to the coach. All I can do is work hard and show that I deserve to play," said Radu Drăgușin.
