Adrian Mutu negotiates a strong comeback: "I am in talks with two teams"

Adrian Mutu announced that he is ready to make a strong comeback and is negotiating with clubs in Italy.

„The brilliant one” confessed that he is in talks with two teams from Serie B.

"There are discussions. Currently, I am waiting for December to make a decision. There are offers, but I cannot reveal names at the moment. There are teams with a coach at the moment, but there are certain things I am waiting for. Including from Italy. For now, I wait a bit more.

It's not a team from Serie A, but from Serie B. I am in talks with two teams. We'll see what happens. Of course, I would like it. It's very difficult to get into Italy. They have very good coaches. Many former players get opportunities, just like it happens in Romania. Probably they have priority over foreigners.

I hope it happens and I manage to enter the Italian market. It's an extraordinary championship. It would be a step forward. To get to coach there, a lot of work is needed. There are many Romanian coaches who deserve it, like Edi Iordănescu, Răzvan Lucescu, and others, but they also face the same difficulties," Mutu said for Fanatik.

Mutu has coached so far FC Voluntari, the second team of Al Wehda, Romania U21, FC U Craiova, Rapid, Neftchi Baku, and CFR Cluj.
