Andrei Rațiu (28 years old) receives bad news.
The English have found out that Liverpool, a team that was rumored to be interested in him, has removed him from the transfer list.
Journalist David Lynch claims that Liverpool is still looking for a right-back to compete with Jeremie Frimpong, and the chosen one will not be Rațiu.
"They are working to find a solution for the position, but we have learned that Arnau Martinez (note - right-back at Girona) or Andrei Rațiu will not be brought in," Lynch reported, quoted by the website thisisanfield.com.
The international press had reported that Rațiu was on the radar of Andoni Iraola, the new coach of Liverpool, who also wanted him back when he was managing Bournemouth.
Andrei Rațiu has a €25 million release clause in his contract with Rayo Vallecano, his current team.
