CFR Cluj has announced that it will part ways with one of its most important players.
The team from Gruia announced for the first time the departure of right-back Cristi Manea, who will become a free agent in the summer.
"We made him an offer. He does not wish to extend. Love cannot be forced!", said Cristi Balaj to Prima Sport.
Cristi Manea played 16 matches this season for CFR Cluj, scoring 1 goal.
His best season was the previous one, with 5 goals and 6 assists in 31 games.
Manea has been playing for CFR Cluj since 2020, when he returned to the team from Gruia after an unsuccessful spell at FCSB.
