Central defender Joyskim Dawa (29 years old), from FCSB, is on the verge of making an exceptional move in terms of his sporting career.
The French team Olympique Lyon, which finished first in the main Europa League group, is interested in bringing Dawa from the champion FCSB.
"The OL management has its eye on Joyskim Dawa, among others," revealed the French press. The team coached by Paulo Fonseca has been interested in the Cameroonian since last season's Europa League double, from the round of 16, when OL won 7-1 on aggregate.
The amount announced by Score journalists would be 2.5 million euros, which is the current market value of the central defender. A lower amount than what owner Becali demanded, 5 million, considering that Dawa is currently recovering from a cruciate ligament injury.
Lyon is currently in 3rd place in France and is the favorite to win the UEL trophy, where in the round of 16 they will face Ionuț Radu's Celta Vigo. Additionally, they will play in the French Cup quarter-finals against the Ligue 1 leader, Lens.
