Romanian midfielder Olimpiu Moruțan, former player at FCSB or Galatasaray, returned to Italy 9 months after his last official match, having suffered a serious injury in 2024.
The right winger from Pisa, 25 years old, Moruțan was fielded as a starter in the match against Cittadella, with a score of 0-1. His first official game after a long and tough absence of 9 and a half months. Morutan suffered a serious injury in a match between Galata and Beşiktaş in April 2024, sustaining an Achilles tendon rupture. Unfortunately for him, he also missed EURO 2024 during this period.
