Fulham, a Premier League team, has already reached an agreement with Andrei Rațiu regarding a transfer to the Premier League, but negotiations with the Spanish club Rayo are not finalized yet.
Andrei Rațiu is wanted at Fulham by Alvaro Arbeloa, the former coach of Real Madrid last season, and transfer specialist Matteo Moretto, a collaborator of the newspaper Marca, claims that the transfer of the Romanian right-back could soon be on track.
Fulham wants him on loan for a season, with a purchase option. However, if the English club fails to reach an agreement with Rayo, they would eventually be willing to pay the €25 million clause in his contract with the Madrid team.
Rațiu, currently valued at €18 million, was also recently wanted by Aston Villa, who had him on their shortlist in 2025 and offered €18 million to Rayo, but the offer was rejected.
He played in the Conference League final in May, lost against Crystal Palace. He has played 104 matches for the Madrid team in all competitions, during which he managed to score 4 goals and provide 7 assists.
