Israel announced on Wednesday that it targeted the „security headquarters” in the Iranian capital, Tehran, paramilitary and Basij rocket sites in the city, and continued its attacks in Lebanon.

In the Middle East, Iranian attacks hit the American consulate in Dubai and the U.S. airbase at Al Udaid in Qatar, the largest American facility in the region.
President Donald Trump previously warned that the attacks could continue for four or five weeks, stating that the U.S. has the „ability to continue beyond that.”
The Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) based in the U.S. reports that 1,097 civilians have been reported killed in Iran since February 28. Six American military personnel have been killed since the conflict began, according to U.S. Central Command.

The Israeli army announced extensive joint attacks with the U.S. on Saturday, destroying air defenses in western and central Iran and in the capital, Tehran. Former Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was killed in Tehran during the first wave of attacks.

There have been sustained attacks in the country since the start of the military action over the weekend. BBC Verify has confirmed evidence of attacks in 13 different locations in Tehran, with another 12 cities in Iran being targeted.
In Minab, in southern Iran, at least 153 individuals, including children, were killed at a girls’ school when it was hit by three rockets on Saturday, as reported by Iranian state media. BBC could not independently verify this.
Additionally, military sites in Kermanshah and Tabriz were targeted, as well as Iranian naval facilities in Konarak and Bandar Abbas in the south of the country. Satellite image analysis revealed damage to at least three Iranian missile sites and the nuclear facility at Natanz.

Israeli attacks on Wednesday targeted dozens of sites in Tehran, including the Basij paramilitary headquarters, missile launch platforms, and other defense systems, according to an Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) spokesperson.
In **Lebanon**, Israel expanded its operations, targeting Hezbollah, the long-time Iranian-backed militant group. Operations focused on strongholds in the southern suburbs of Beirut and areas near the city’s airport, as well as sites in southern Lebanon.
A hotel was among the buildings in the city hit by Wednesday’s attacks. The night before, Israeli officials stated that troops had entered Lebanon and were occupying „strategic areas” to prevent attacks on Israeli border communities.
The action came after Israel announced it was conducting attacks in both Iran and Lebanon following Hezbollah’s rocket launch on Haifa earlier in the week.
At least nine individuals were killed and 27 injured in a rocket attack on the Israeli city of Beit Shemesh on Sunday.
Iran retaliated with attacks on Israel and U.S. bases in the Middle East and was accused of carrying out airstrikes on Gulf states.
Saudi officials said Tuesday evening that the U.S. Embassy in Riyadh was hit by two drones, causing minor damage and a small fire.
Iranian attacks on a major gas facility in Qatar were reported, where the Defense Ministry stated it shot down two Iranian planes, seven rockets, and five drones.
In the **United Arab Emirates (UAE)**, which includes tourist destinations Dubai and Abu Dhabi, three individuals were killed and several injured in attacks on Sunday, as announced by the country’s Defense Ministry.
On Saturday, a luxury hotel in Dubai, The Palm Hotel, was hit in an attack, and four individuals were injured in an incident at Dubai International Airport.
The Kuwaiti army shot down three American fighter jets in an „apparent friendly fire incident,” U.S. Central Command announced on Monday. All six crew members were safely ejected and survived, officials said. Ali Al-Salem Air Base was also targeted by a series of ballistic missiles, which the military said were intercepted.
