The Romanian Football Federation has announced regarding Ianis Hagi.
The footballer will miss the national team matches in June, against Austria and Cyprus.
He got injured and will be absent from the field for a few weeks.
"It is assumed that Ianis Hagi will be sidelined for a few weeks. I believe he won't be fit for the match against Austria. I'm not a doctor, but he will sit out for at least a month, at least that's what we received from the Federation. It might be a closed case with Ianis. I cannot give a medical verdict, but the chances are slim," said Mihai Stoichiță for Fanatik.
Florinel Coman also has medical issues, while Valentin Mihăilă will also miss the matches against Austria and Cyprus.
Austria - Romania will be played on June 7, while Romania - Cyprus takes place 3 days later, on June 10.
