PSV Eindhoven, the Dutch champion, defeated FC Volendam with a score of 3-0 on Sunday at noon in the current round of the Eredivisie, with Romanian Dennis Man unused as a substitute on the bench.
And Dutch coach Peter Bosz revealed the reason why he chose to have Man on the bench, after in the match against Liverpool won in the middle of the week in the Champions League with a score of 4-1, the former FCSB player was the first one substituted, following a rather poor performance.
Man, brought in from Parma for 8.5 million euros in the summer, was not brought into the game, and in response to questions from the Dutch press, Bosz gave a clear answer after the match at the press conference:
"He is one of those players who are not used to playing twice a week," said Peter Bosz, according to the press in the Netherlands, as reported by the daily voetbalprimeur.nl.
With a market value of 10 million euros, Man has very good stats at the beginning of his time in the Netherlands, with 14 matches, four goals, and four assists.
