FCSB has set its sights on a player who is making waves in the top league in Portugal, a forward with 18 goals scored for Arouca.
On the brink of becoming a champion, now with a 10-point lead over the runner-up, FCSB is looking to strengthen for the period when they will play in the Champions League qualifiers. After expressing interest in Denis Alibec or Louis Munteanu, FCSB aims even higher, namely to bring in Rafa Mujica.
The Spanish player, valued at 5 million euros, is 25 years old, and is having the season of his life in Portugal, with 18 goals scored in the top league. He is the third top scorer in the Portuguese championship, and in the contract signed by Mujica until June 2025 with Arouca, there is also a clause worth 10 million euros, writes Record.
The amount is certainly a huge one for the Romanian championship, especially considering that Sporting Braga also wants the Spaniard in the summer. In total, Rafa Mujica has 26 goals for Arouca in the Portuguese top league and is the all-time leading scorer of the team in the top tier.
Leeds, Extremadura, Villarreal, or Real Oviedo are other teams that Mujica has been linked to, playing for Arouca since 2022.
