40% of romanians would vote for AUR in the parliamentary elections

If parliamentary elections were to take place next Sunday, 40% of voters would vote for AUR, according to the Informat.ro – INSCOP Research barometer.

17.6% of those surveyed stated they would vote for PSD, 14.8% for PNL, and 11.5% for USR. 5.2% of voters would vote for UDMR, 3.4% for SENS, 2.6% for POT, and 2% for SOS Romania.

1.3% of voters express their preference for an independent candidate, and 1.6% for another party.

According to the Informat.ro – INSCOP Research barometer, the electoral scores of the parties seem to be stabilizing.

"Autumn seems to bring a stabilization of voting intentions, with the parties in power having a combined score of approximately 50%, and the parliamentary opposition parties with a combined score of approximately 45%.

AUR seems to consolidate its first place in voting intention with a score of 40%, while the other parties fail to exceed 20%. PSD ranks second, followed by PNL, USR, and UDMR. POT and SOS Romania have scores below the 5% threshold, at a relatively similar level to SENS," stated Remus Ștefureac, director of INSCOP Research.

The data was collected between October 6-10, 2025. Research method: interview via questionnaire.

The data was collected through the CATI method (telephone interviews), with a simple, stratified sample size of 1,100 individuals, representative of significant socio-demographic categories (gender, age, occupation) for the non-institutionalized population of Romania, aged 18 and over. The maximum permissible data error is ± 2.95%, with a confidence level of 95%.
