Giuseppe Marotta, the president of Inter, made a statement full of sincerity regarding Cristi Chivu (44 years old), the team’s new coach.
Marotta is confident that he made a good choice when he decided to install Chivu on the coaching bench.
He claims that the Romanian coach has everything he needs to help Inter achieve its goals.
"We are proud to have a coach with an important name from Inter's history. Chivu possesses many of the values necessary to achieve certain goals; we are confident and satisfied in this regard.
What are the goals? We play all competitions to win them. Also, regarding transfers, we want to rejuvenate the team and be competitive," said Giuseppe Marotta, the president of Inter, according to Sky.
Cristi Chivu was officially presented on Monday as Inter's new coach. He signed a contract until the summer of 2027.
