FCSB has made the final decision regarding the transfer of Tshegofatso Mabasa (27 years old), the top scorer of Orlando Pirates from South Africa.
Through the voice of Mihai Stoica, FCSB announced that they have decided not to transfer Tshegofatso Mabasa, a striker with good numbers in South Africa, from where Siyabonga Ngezana was also brought (€600,000 from Kaizer Chiefs).
Stoica specified that after the "red and blues" staff studied Tshegofatso Mabasa, FCSB decided not to transfer him.
”We have heard of Mabasa here. There is no interest! He was proposed to us, we studied him, and we are not interested. We studied him, but his transfer was not discussed,” stated Mihai Stoica, on Orange Sport.
Tshegofatso Mabasa scored 19 goals and provided three assists in 32 matches played for Orlando Pirates in all competitions this season.
He is valued at €950,000 by Transfermarkt.
