Former Russian president and prime minister Dmitry Medvedev proposes the creation of a database with information about Russia’s enemies. And the data to be made public.
Medvedev, currently the vice president of the Russian Security Council, made the proposal on his Telegram channel. He argued that Western politicians have actively encouraged attacks on Russian territory „using NATO’s potential.”
According to Medvedev, it is necessary to "carefully prepare" for repelling these attacks, but Russia must also prepare for revenge against Western leaders, whom he calls "weird Westerners," as reported by Meduza.
Medvedev's solution is the creation of a public database of Russia's enemies, containing the personal data of those targeted.
He said that there are many examples in history "when revenge was delayed." He cited examples of "acts of revenge" by the Soviet Union and present-day Russia against "terrorists and traitors," as well as actions by other countries, including the United States.
"The main thing here is the imminence. It's not so important when the exact moment of reckoning comes. What matters is its imminence. Well, for every creature, regardless of nation, faith, citizenship, and position, who has committed a crime against our country and our people, or any villainy, simply shouting: 'Kill civilians in Kursk!', they should know that (retribution) will come for them," wrote Medvedev.
"And one more thing: you have to use the enemy's known weapon. Despite several obvious legal issues, it's worth considering creating a public database of our enemies, showing their personal data. For quite practical purposes," he continued.

He did not specify what the enemy's known weapon he referred to is. According to Meduza, it could be the Ukrainian website Peacemaker. It publishes data about people who, according to its administrators, pose a threat to Ukraine's security.
Dmitry Medvedev is known for posting harsh statements on social media against Ukraine and its allies. Since June 2022, he has periodically evoked the imminent direct war between Russia and NATO and the approach of a nuclear Apocalypse.
Last August, he wrote that Russia has the right to war with every NATO member state. He also posted a quote attributed to former USSR President Nikita Khrushchev: "Whether you like it or not, history is on our side. We will bury you."
