Less than a week after the most recent survey released on the market, which favored Nicușor Dan for the Mayor of Bucharest, another one emerges and the current mayor is in a much worse position and risks being overtaken even by Cătălin Cîrstoiu.
The irony is that the survey made public today was conducted almost in the same period as the one from last week.
The first survey was conducted from April 5-8, with a sample of 1,092 respondents, by AtlasIntel.
The second survey was conducted from April 2-9, with a sample of 1,067 respondents, by CURS.

Here are the results for the Mayor of Bucharest from the first survey:
- Nicușor Dan - 37.1%
- Cristian Popescu Piedone - 30%
- Cătălin Cîrstoiu - 17.4%
- Other candidate/Don't know - 9.4%
- Mihai Enache (AUR) - 4.9%.
And the results for the Mayor of Bucharest from the CURS survey, cited by News.ro:
- Cristian Popescu Piedone - 38%
- Nicușor Dan - 27%,
- Cătălin Cîrstoiu - 23%
- Mihai Enache - 5%
- Diana Șoșoacă - 2%

Significant differences can also be observed in the vote for the parties in the General Council of Bucharest.
