I want to thank the parties in the majority for understanding the imperative that Romania has, namely stability. All of us as a society must look to the future. We have discussed a lot, and the fiscal issue was imperative. I am happy that the parties have taken on the corrections that Romania needs to make. I am very optimistic because we have a dynamic private sector that has managed to double the GDP in 10 years. Our final objective by 2026 is to join the OECD, which means more foreign investments, lower interest rates, confidence in Romania's economy. Beyond the economy, we need to reform the state. I am glad that the parties have taken on state reform. We need to regain the trust of citizens in the state authorities. It will be a long road, but I am optimistic that we will manage to build a society that trusts the authorities,” stated Nicușor Dan.
