Președintele Volodimir Zelenski a plecat într-un tur de forţă prin Occident, unde şi-a prezentat într-o zi planul de victorie al Ucrainei președintelui francez Emmanuel Macron, premierului italian Giorgia Meloni şi premierului britanic Keir Starmer.
„Apreciem profund conducerea Franței pe această cale și am convenit la nivel de echipă să continuăm să lucrăm la îndeplinirea următorilor noștri pași”, a spus Zelenski, în timpul vizitei sale în Franța, citat de Kiev Independent.

Ca următor pas al turneului său european, președintele Ucrainei a vizitat Italia pentru a discuta despre planul de victorie și asistența militară cu Meloni. Cei doi lideri au avut o discuție productivă axată pe consolidarea poziției Ucrainei și promovarea relațiilor diplomatice strânse cu partenerii săi.

Italia va găzdui în iulie următoarea conferinţă privind reconstrucţia Ucrainei.
"Ucraina nu este singură şi îi vom fi alături atât timp cât va fi necesar", a declarat presei Giorgia Meloni, precizând că această reuniune va avea loc pe 10 şi 11 iulie 2025.
„Vreau să vă mulțumesc în mod special pentru asistența de securitate oferită țării noastre – în primul rând, sisteme de apărare aeriană care salvează vieți în orașele și satele noastre”, i-a transmis Zelenski lui Meloni.

The key is to strengthen Ukraine’s positions and relations with our closest partners, ensuring we create the necessary conditions and a fair atmosphere for honest diplomacy.I am grateful for the preparations for the Ukraine Recovery Conference, which will be held in Italy. It is important for us that Italian businesses are significantly represented in the reconstruction projects in Ukraine.I greatly appreciate our exchange of views today on the prospects for global developments and the immediate political outlook in partner countries.I would also like to extend my gratitude for the security assistance Italy has provided to Ukraine, particularly the air defense systems that are saving lives in our cities and villages. Zelenski merge vineri la Berlin, după ce de dimineaţă preşedintele ucrainean va fi primit la Vatican de papa Francisc.
Anterior, Zelenski se dusese cu planul său în cinci puncte la președintele american Joe Biden, cu care s-a întâlnit la Casa Albă în timpul călătoriei sale în SUA de la sfârșitul lunii septembrie.

"Planul de victorie urmărește să creeze condițiile potrivite pentru un sfârșit just al războiului. Este o punte către cel de-al doilea summit de pace. Ucraina poate negocia doar dintr-o poziție puternică", a spus Zelenski.
