Ianis Hagi is leaving Rangers, after coach Philippe Clement decided not to count on him anymore.
According to the Scottish press, Rangers has decided to accept an offer for Ianis Hagi, and the transfer will be formalized in no more than a week.
The source mentioned writes that Rapid is the favorite club to secure Ianis Hagi's transfer, but the player's agreement is also needed. It remains to be seen if Ianis wants to return to Romania.
Recently, Rapid's owner, Dan Șucu, confirmed that he wants Ianis Hagi at Giulești: "Yes, we want him," said Șucu.
Ianis Hagi has been sent to Rangers' second team and has been told to find a new club.
He hopes to secure a contract abroad as he does not wish to return to Romania at this time.
Ianis comes after a poor season at Alaves, where he did not manage to score in La Liga.
