Ianis Hagi (26 years old) has made an important decision regarding his future.
Approaching the end of his contract with Rangers, as revealed by coach Philippe Clement, Ianis Hagi has made an important decision.
The Scottish press reports that Ianis is willing to sit down at the negotiating table with Rangers and put his signature on a new agreement with the club at Ibrox Park, in case he receives a favorable offer.
However, the Scots claim that for the extension of the agreement, Hagi Jr. would need to accept a salary reduction.
"Ianis is happy in Glasgow. At the moment, there is nothing new to say about his contract, but he will certainly listen to what Rangers have to propose," states a source close to Hagi junior, according to Daily Record.
Ianis Hagi returned to the Rangers first team in October 2024, after a contractual dispute related precisely to a clause aimed at increasing his salary.
He has played 15 matches in all competitions this season at Rangers, during which he scored once and provided four assists.
