At the end of his contract with Rangers, Ianis Hagi is expected to join a new team

At the end of his contract with Rangers, Ianis Hagi (26 years old) is expected to join a new team during the summer transfer window.

Ianis is entering the final months of his contract with Rangers, and despite interest in him, he did not leave Ibrox Park during the recently concluded winter transfer window.

However, the Romanian international is expected to move to another team during the summer transfer window, where he can arrive for free. According to Ibrox News, Genoa, a team owned by Dan Șucu, will come back with a transfer offer for Hagi Jr. in a few months, when they can secure his signature for free.

Ianis Hagi has scored three goals and provided five assists in 17 matches played for Rangers in all competitions this season.

Ianis returned to the first team of Rangers in October 2024 after a contractual dispute with the club. In the fall, to rejoin Rangers' first team, Hagi Jr. had to give up a salary increase.
