Undisputed starter at Rayo Vallecano and for the Romanian national team, Andrei Rațiu (27 years old) has made an important decision.
The Spanish press reports that Rațiu earns one of the lowest salaries in the Spanish top league, a salary he „inherited” upon his arrival from Huesca.
Spanish journalists from AS write that Rațiu has asked the Rayo Vallecano management for a raise, a salary that reflects his role in the team.
During the summer transfer window, Rayo Vallecano rejected an €18 million offer for the transfer of Andrei Rațiu from Wolves.
Rațiu is under contract with Rayo Vallecano until 2028 and has a €25 million release clause.
