INSCOP Research Director, Remus Ștefureac, highlighted that women and men have different approaches to political parties, suggesting different values and social priorities.
"While male voters show a strong tendency towards parties with a radical discourse, female voters remain more cautious and balanced in their choices. In the case of men, this orientation indicates a crisis of representation and an acute need for reaffirmation of the channels through which voters perceive the effectiveness and authenticity of political action.
For women, the more balanced choices reflect an attachment to pragmatic criteria - competence, stability, predictability - rather than to populist rhetoric," explained Ștefureac.
The data was collected between October 26th and November 3rd using the CATI method (telephone interviews), with a sample volume of 3,000 people, representative of significant socio-demographic categories for the non-institutionalized population of Romania.
The maximum permissible data error is ± 1.8%, with a confidence level of 95%. The survey was conducted at the request of the news platform Informat.ro in partnership with the Strategic Thinking Group think tank.
