The Ukrainian champion, Romania’s northern neighbor, has made a final decision regarding the case of Vladislav Blănuță, the new transfer of the blue and whites.
After sparking serious controversies with his posts on social media, clearly pro-Russian posts in the context of the war between the Russian Federation and Ukraine, Vladislav Blănuță (23 years old) has learned the club’s decision following these accusations.
The Ukrainians write that the former Romanian youth international will continue at the club after apologizing for the posts considered pro-Russian.
"The striker of the Romanian U21 national team, Vladislav Blănuță, will continue his career at Dinamo Kiev," wrote sport.ua.
A major scandal erupted in the neighboring country after several past videos were discovered on Blănuță's TikTok account, which were blatantly pro-Russian.
The player apologized and stated that he did not know the people in the clips shared on TikTok.
Blănuță was bought by Dinamo Kiev from FCU Craiova for 1.8 million euros. The amount could reach 2.4 million euros for meeting certain bonuses.
