Capital traffic police announced on Monday that they are conducting checks after receiving two petitions regarding possible violations of several traffic rules by Andrew Tate.
The Capital Traffic Brigade stated that following the appearance of a video in the public space showing the driver of a vehicle allegedly breaking multiple traffic rules while traveling on public roads, the procedure to identify the driver has been initiated.
Sources cited by Mediafax claim that the checks are targeting Andrew Tate.
Furthermore, checks are being carried out to establish the facts and take necessary measures.
Up to this moment, two petitions have been registered with the Traffic Brigade.
Brothers Andrew and Tristan Tate arrived at the Voluntari Police headquarters around 10:00 a.m. on Monday to sign their bail conditions.
Upon leaving the Police headquarters, Andrew Tate stated that he likes Romania because he lives here, mentioning that he will stay for a few more weeks but might also leave unexpectedly.
The two brothers returned to Romania from the USA on Friday night, where they are accused of human trafficking, rape, and other crimes. In front of their residence in Bucharest, the Tate brothers stated that they returned because "innocent people don't run from anything."
