Australian coach of Radu Drăgușin at Tottenham, Ange Postecoglu, has received an ultimatum from the management and may leave the London club soon.
Tottenham is going through a very tough period, being much closer to relegation than to the fight for at least a European cup. The Lilywhites are in 14th place in the EPL, and the club’s bosses in London are dissatisfied with recent performances.
Officials at Spurs are considering firing Postecoglu and have reportedly informed him that they will dismiss him if he loses the FA Cup match against Aston Villa, according to the publication GiveMeSport.
The match takes place this Sunday, starting at 7.35 PM and is crucial for qualifying for the FA Cup round of 16, the oldest football competition in the world.
Postecoglu has been on Spurs' bench since the summer of 2023, with 39 wins, 11 draws, and 29 losses since then, but without any trophies accumulated.
Recently, Radu Drăgușin was removed from the UEFA list after suffering a cruciate ligament rupture in his knee. Alongside Radu Drăgușin, Fraser Forster and Timo Werner have also been taken off Tottenham's UEFA list.
