The largest subscription order for Fidelis state titles, June 2024 edition, on the blood donors’ tranche, amounts to 43 million lei (8,6 million euros).
In other words, a blood donor has subscribed to 433,237 Fidelis state titles, for which they will receive an interest (7%) of 3 million lei upon maturity on July 3, 2025.
If they had chosen the classic tranche, the one for which the Ministry of Finance pays an interest of 6%, but without the condition of being a blood donor, then the interest would have been 2.6 million lei.
So, there is a difference of about 400,000 lei (80,000 euros), which is equivalent to a studio apartment in the center of Bucharest.
The order was introduced on Tuesday, around noon, in the Stock Exchange system.
The allocations made by small investors amount to approximately 440 million lei and 87 million euros in the sale offer of Fidelis state titles that started on June 18 and ends on June 28.
This issuance of state title sales, just like the previous one, includes a tranche exclusively for blood donors. They receive a bonus of 100 basis points above the interest of the "classic" tranches.
The nominal value of a Fidelis state title is 100 lei for the issuance in lei and 100 euros for the issuance in euros, and the minimum subscription threshold is 5,000 lei, respectively 1,000 euros. For blood donors, the minimum threshold is 500 lei.
