The Scottish press announces that a crucial moment is approaching for Ianis Hagi (26 years old), the Romanian international from Rangers.
Returning to the first team of Rangers in October, Ianis Hagi has had limited minutes under Philippe Clement’s command. His future is uncertain, but the Scots announce that a period is coming that „will shape Ianis’s future.”
Journalists from Rangers Review claim that Ianis Hagi's future at Rangers will be played out in the immediate future with league matches, following the break caused by the Romanian national team's games.
"The upcoming domestic matches will shape the future for Ianis Hagi and Philippe Clement and will reveal a lot about where the two are heading. (…) Rangers is not a team that dominates its opponents, victories have come by narrow margins, more from individual flashes than collective efforts. Hagi is the kind of player who can handle situations like these and can offer an advantage to Rangers in moments when it is most needed.
It seems that Ianis Hagi's time at Rangers has finally arrived. He needs Clement to give him the opportunity he has been waiting for and desires," the cited source writes.
Ianis Hagi is under contract with Rangers until 2026.
