FCSB has a „gem” in the squad that they want to bring forward in the next season.
Through the voice of Mihai Stoica, FCSB announced that Andrei Pandele (20 years old), the central midfielder of the „red and blues,” could receive more chances to show what he’s capable of in the next season.
Stoica praised Pandele for how he is developing in training and said that "he could be an option" in the midfield, alongside Adrian Șut, Mihai Lixandru, and Baba Alhassan. Andrei Pandele also has the advantage of being eligible for the under-21 player rule that Superliga teams are required to use throughout the matches.
"Eventually, we might need another central midfielder, although I think Pandele could be an option, in my opinion. He is improving from training to training. You have Șut, Lixandru, Baba Alhassan, maybe one more with experience might be needed," said Mihai Stoica, on Orange Sport.
This season, Andrei Pandele has been used by FCSB in 5 matches (73 minutes), without scoring any goals or providing assists.
He is valued at 100,000 euros by Transfermarkt.
