Rangers made one last offer to Ianis Hagi before parting ways

Rangers made a final offer to Ianis Hagi (26 years old), who has left the team, an offer that led to their parting ways.

As a free agent, Ianis Hagi can sign with any team he wants, but he could have stayed at Rangers if he had accepted the last offer made by the team from Ibrox Park.

The Italian press has learned that Rangers offered Ianis Hagi a salary reduction in order to extend his contract until 2026, an offer that was rejected by the Romanian international.

"The club from Glasgow proposed a salary reduction, thus making the separation inevitable," writes the Italian press.

Ianis Hagi leaves Rangers as a free agent, a club where he arrived in 2020, first on loan and then permanently transferred.

In the 130 matches played for the Glasgow team, Hagi Jr. scored 20 goals and provided 28 assists.
