An electrical network failure left two African countries in darkness on Tuesday night to Wednesday. The affected countries are Kenya and Tanzania.
The power outage affected most of Kenya and partially the neighboring country, Tanzania, as reported by Reuters.
Kenya was left without power at 1:28 local time, with at least ten million consumers affected. The power outage significantly reduced internet connectivity across the country.
The power supply was restored after six hours.
Recently, another African country, Nigeria, with over 223 million inhabitants, experienced a power outage due to a failure.
