The Italians announce that AC Milan is preparing a concrete offer for the signature of the Romanian defender. According to journalist Antonello Gioia, Milan will send an offer, a loan with a purchase option, to Tottenham and will await the response from the London club.
AS Roma and Napoli from Serie A are also interested in Radu Drăgușin.
