Cristi Chivu (45 years old) has agreed to a transfer to Inter, the Serie A leader.
The Italian press reports that Inter has a high chance of bringing back Andre Onana (29 years old), the goalkeeper they loaned to Manchester United in 2023.
After failing to establish himself at Old Trafford, Onana was loaned to Trabzonspor in Turkey, and his agent is now negotiating his return to Inter. It seems that Coach Chivu has given his approval for Onana's return.
"Chivu is excited about his performance, reflexes, and footwork," the Italians announce.
Andre Onana played 16 matches for Trabzonspor in all competitions in Turkey, and in three games, he did not concede a goal.
