Nicolae Stanciu, the former captain of the Romanian national football team, currently playing for Genoa 1893 in Serie A, could be the protagonist of a transfer to the Superliga.
He could move between the two teams owned by Romanian Dan Șucu, namely between Genoa and Rapid, and there has been talk about this transfer in recent times, since Stanciu no longer plays every match under De Rossi’s guidance.
The 32-year-old player has only played 3 matches in this Serie A season, and in order to catch the attention of coach Mircea Lucescu again, he needs a radical change. Rapid is currently the number 1 option, and agent Giovanni Becali announces what the main condition would be for the former Steaua player to join the rival from Giulești.
