Ange Postecoglu, the former manager of Tottenham, has been appointed as the coach of Nottingham Forest in the Premier League and wants to make a last-minute move.
Romanian central defender Radu Drăgușin has returned to training with Spurs after a serious injury on January 30, when he tore the cruciate ligaments in his right knee. The English announce that the Australian coach wants him at Forest along with the defender from the Romanian national team.
The Romanian has finally returned to the training sessions of the London team, but will have to wait at least 6 weeks before being able to play an official match.
After Tottenham paid 25 million to Genoa for the Romanian, now, according to Transferfeed, the move to Nottingham Forest is estimated at 28 million euros.
Nottingham will compete in the main group of the Europa League this season.
The Romanian was not included in the squad list for the Champions League, considering his recent injury. The only central defenders that Tottenham can rely on in the most important club competition on the continent are Micky van de Ven, Ben Davies, Cristian Romero, and Kevin Danso. Tottenham will start the competition at home against Villarreal on September 16.
