Florinel Coman played another match in Italy for his new team Cagliari, where he is teammates with another Romanian international, Răzvan Marin.
The 26-year-old Romanian midfielder played his second game after joining Cagliari on loan, drawing 0-0 against Atalanta. In his first match, he scored a goal with his first touch, in the 2-1 victory over Parma.
Coming on as a substitute again, Coman was brought on as the first change in the 67th minute by coach Davide Nicola. However, he couldn't replicate the same impact as in the previous game. The Italian press rated him with a 6, noting Coman had a rather subdued performance: "He played half an hour on the left flank, but failed to take another shot from there. Stefan Posch didn't give him much space," wrote the Italians from Gazzetta dello Sport.
Additionally, Florinel also received a yellow card in injury time after a conflict with the Swede Hien, the man of the match according to the same aforementioned pink newspaper.
Răzvan Marin, the other Romanian at Cagliari, came on in the 79th minute replacing Alessandro Deiola.
Cagliari faces another tough match, this time at home, against Juventus on Sunday, February 23. The Sardinian team is currently in 13th place in the Serie A standings.
