Italian press, announcement about Inter's first summer transfer: "Total agreement"

Cristi Chivu and the leadership of Inter have managed to convince a footballer to say „yes” to the transfer to „Giuseppe Meazza.”

Guglielmo Vicario (29 years old), the goalkeeper of Tottenham, already has an agreement with Inter for the transfer to the team coached by Chivu, as announced by the Italian press.

Specifically, it seems that the Inter executives and the player's representatives have reached a "total agreement" for the transfer, but Inter will also need to negotiate and obtain Tottenham's approval. Vicario is expected to replace Yann Sommer as the starting goalkeeper.

In Inter's squad, there is also the option of Josep Martinez, whom Chivu has turned to several times this season and who desires the starting position, but the coaching staff and the leadership of the "Nerazzurri" are not convinced.

Guglielmo Vicario has played 43 matches (3853 minutes) in all competitions this season at Tottenham, and in 13 of them, he did not concede a goal.
