Celtic has Horațiu Moldovan at the top of their transfer list, as reported by the Scottish press. The Romanian is set to replace Joe Hart (37 years old), the goalkeeper who is retiring. Additionally, it seems that Martin Dubravka (Newcastle) and Peter Vindahl (Sparta Prague) are also options.
