FCSB has made a public offer for a transfer.
Through the voice of Gigi Becali, FCSB announced that they are willing to pay one million euros for the transfer of Philip Otele (24 years old).
This is Becali's response after CFR Cluj, through Nelu Varga, demanded 6 million euros in exchange for the Nigerian player who Brighton is increasingly interested in.
Becali specified that in a month, the offer will decrease to 800,000 euros if Varga does not agree to sell Otele now.
"I'm not giving 6 million. I told Mr. Varga, when he wants a million euros for him, to pick up the phone and call. This month, because next month I'll give him 800,000 euros. I'll give a million for Otele, I'll take him with a million euros. No one will take him," stated Gigi Becali on Digi Sport.
Arriving for free at CFR Cluj, Philip Otele has scored 13 goals and provided seven assists in 38 matches (2445 minutes).
He is valued at 1.5 million euros by Transfermarkt.
