Ianis Hagi's future has been set

The Scottish press has made an announcement about the team where Ianis Hagi (25 years old) is expected.

Loaned from Rangers to Deportivo Alaves last summer after not getting minutes in Scotland, Ianis Hagi is expected to return to the team in the summer when his loan in Spain expires.

The Scots claim that Ianis Hagi will attend the Rangers' training sessions under the command of Philipe Clement when preparations for the new season begin.

"Hagi is set to return to Rangers at the end of the current season. He has two more years on his contract at Ibrox Park, after former coach Michael Beale extended his agreement," writes the glasgowtimes.co.uk website.

However, even if he returns to Rangers in the summer, it is expected that Ianis Hagi will find another team to play for in the next season.

2026 is the year when Ianis Hagi's contract with Rangers expires, the team to which he transferred in 2020 from Genk, first on loan and then permanently.
