Horațiu Moldovan (26 years old) is close to leaving Atletico Madrid, just six months after transferring to Spain.

Moldovan has not made his debut for Atletico Madrid even six months after his transfer to the Spanish capital from Rapid. Dissatisfied with this situation, the Romanian goalkeeper is being sought a solution where he can play regularly.

According to Orange Sport, Horațiu Moldovan is negotiating, after EURO 2024, with Rayo Vallecano for a loan from Atletico Madrid. Moldovan's representatives are handling the negotiations for the team change while the footballer is on vacation.

At Rayo Vallecano, Moldovan could be teammates with Andrei Rațiu.

Apart from Rayo Vallecano, the Scottish press also wrote about the possibility of Celtic Glasgow for Horațiu Moldovan, where he would be Joe Hart's replacement.

Horațiu Moldovan has not been given the chance to debut in an official match with Diego Simeone's team, with the competition from Jan Oblak proving fatal to him.
