Having left Inter Primavera, Cristian Chivu (44 years old) has found a team in Serie A.
Former Romanian international Cristian Chivu, a former player at Inter and coach of the „nerazzurri” youth team, has agreed to take over a team in Serie A.
According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, Chivu has said "yes" to an offer from Parma, the team of Romanians Dennis Man and Valentin Mihăilă, which parted ways with Fabio Pechia. The two parties negotiated in the last hours, and Chivu agreed to take over the technical bench.
He will sign a contract until the summer of 2026.
Parma currently sits in 18th place - relegation zone - with 20 points and without a victory in five matches.
