Brothers Andrew and Tristan Tate left the DIICOT headquarters, where their judicial control measure was extended, and flew to Dubai on a luxury private plane.
They will return to Romania within the legal deadline, in accordance with the obligations of the judicial control.
The Tate brothers are not under a travel ban, so they are free to leave Romania, but they will have to return by April 22.
Tate Brothers Flew to Dubai on a Luxury Plane
"On April 1, 2025, Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate left Bucharest for Dubai on a private plane.
Both Andrew and Tristan wish to reaffirm their respect for the Romanian judicial system and their commitment to the principles of a fair trial, principles they have consistently adhered to throughout the investigations," said representatives of the two brothers, as quoted by News.ro.
According to them, in accordance with the new regulations of the recently implemented judicial control, the two will return to Romania within the legal deadline to fully comply with all legal procedures.
Tate Brothers Have Recovered Their Cars
Today's trip comes after Andrew and Tristan Tate have regained all the cars that were confiscated from them, following a favorable ruling issued on Monday by the Bucharest Tribunal, as reported by Mediafax.
The Tate brothers are set to retrieve their confiscated cars from the Romanian authorities this week, with the exact date to be determined in coordination with the officials of the National Agency for the Administration of Seized Assets.

The two brothers recently returned from the US to Romania, where they are accused of human trafficking, rape, and other crimes.
In the US, the Tate brothers also face a civil lawsuit filed by a woman who claims that the brothers forced her to work in the sex industry and then defamed her after she testified before the Romanian authorities. They deny the accusations against them.
Andrew and Tristan Tate were indicted in June 2023. However, in November 2024, the court annulled the prosecutors' indictment, and the case was sent back for the criminal investigation to be redone.
